Our Story

Aviation Registry Group (ARG) is a global multidisciplinary aviation firm with more than 30 years of experience supporting governments, aviation authorities, aircraft owners and operators, corporations, and financial institutions worldwide.

Beyond strategic consulting, ARG provides the end-to-end capabilities required to establish both Civil Aviation Authorities and Aircraft Registries from the ground up, creating an integrated operational model with distinct yet complementary functions. Whether a government is establishing a newly mandated aviation authority or revitalizing an existing regulator that lacks the foundational frameworks required to operate effectively, ARG provides the expertise, infrastructure, and operational support necessary to build a fully functioning regulatory system aligned with international standards.

The firm’s work spans the development of regulatory and safety oversight frameworks for Civil Aviation Authorities, as well as the establishment and operation of world-class Aircraft Registries. ARG supports the full registry lifecycle, from technical administration and day-to-day client services to business development, communications, and global marketing.

Through this integrated approach, ARG enables governments to strengthen regulatory oversight, build internationally recognized aviation platforms, and establish long-term jurisdictional credibility within the global aviation community.

ARG also supports civil aviation authorities in addressing complex regulatory and safety oversight matters that require timely action, technical proficiency, and sound regulatory judgment. Its professionals bring extensive experience in supporting authorities as they meet their international obligations and navigate high-stakes operational and regulatory challenges.

The ARG team includes former senior regulators, technical specialists, and advisors with experience across organizations including ICAO, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA), the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), and other respected civil aviation authorities around the world.
