What is The Registry of Aruba?
- We are the first public-private aircraft registry program in the world. As the Miami-based private partner of Aruba’s Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), we offer bespoke, 24/7 customer service to our global clients who register and maintain aircraft with the Aruban DCA.
Who manages The Registry of Aruba?
- The Registry of Aruba is a family-owned and operated company under the Aviation Registry Group’s umbrella, along with our sister company San Marino Aircraft Registry.
  
  The Chairman of the group is its founder, Jorge Colindres; The Registry of Aruba’s CEO is Alexandria Colindres. You may notice a family resemblance. At TROA, we bring our family’s values to you: transparent, efficient, responsive, and responsible service at all times.
Is Aruba a safe place to register my aircraft?
- Yes, and it has been a successfully operated registry for over 25 years. Aruba is a member state of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), it has ratified the Cape Town Convention, and has maintained an FAA Category-1 rating since 1995. You will see P4 (Aruba registered) aircraft all over the world, from the US to Europe, Asia to the Middle East, and everywhere in between!

- The beautiful destination of Aruba is located in the southern Caribbean, around 17 miles north of Venezuela.
Is Aruba a sovereign state?
- Aruba is an autonomous country and also a member of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Aruba has its own government, but the country is still subject to the Kingdom’s policy and treaties related to foreign affairs and defense.
